Hello!

My name's Lauren and I'm currently a student at Texas Lutheran University working towards a B.A. in Psychology along with a minor in English Studies. After graduation I hope to continue towards an M.A. in Clinical Psychology so that I can eventually become a counselor for children and adolescents.

During school I enjoy working as a writing tutor as well as participating in activities for our local chapter of Psi Chi and collaborating to organize topics for the TLU Philosophy Club.  I'm also a member of the sisterhood of Delta Alpha Delta.  My latest projects include summer research for our writing program as well as attempting to begin a TLU chapter of the National Alliance on Mental Illness.

I have a puppy named Lance and a best friend named Drew and 3 awesome roommates who kind of rock my world, not to mention all of my amazing sisters (both biological and sorority!). It's safe to say that life is pretty sweet right now.  Even when it doesn't seem so sweet though, I try to remember that everything turns around.
